The operating principle is that the material falls into the uniform feeding device through the silo, and before entering the magnetic separation zone, the material and magnetic substances are vibrated by gravity and vibration through the feeding device, so that the adhered or wrapped magnetic substances are basically dispersed. And it can be evenly sent to the magnetic separation area. Under the action of gravity and magnetic field force in the magnetic separation area of the equipment, the separation is achieved by using the magnetic differences of the materials to have different motion trajectories. The magnetic minerals are adsorbed on the surface of the magnetic roller and rotate to reach the concentrate area. The brush will remove the magnetic minerals adsorbed on the surface of the magnetic roller. This machine has excellent sorting effect on small and medium-sized granular ores with low but uniform powder ore rate, high production efficiency, and simple and convenient operation. Especially for dry magnetic separation of manganese ore, hematite, pseudohematite, specularite, siderite, manganese ore, chromite goethite, limonite, siderite, chromite, niobium tantalum iron ore, titanium cerium iron ore, scheelite, itabirite, apatite, yttrium phosphate, olivine, sulfur copper germanium ore, iron white stone, biotite, epidote, serpentine, primary ilmenite, coastal sand ore, primary hematite, scheelite and most rock forming minerals - quartz, feldspar, calcite, biotite, amphibole, olivine, tourmaline, pyroxene, etc., it has significant effects.
