1、 Explanation

The RCDB type self cooling disc electromagnetic iron remover is equivalent to the PDC series disc electromagnetic iron remover and the RCDY series electromagnetic iron remover. It is an iron removal device used to remove impurities from non-magnetic materials in powder or block form. It is internally cast with electrical specific resin and has a self cooling fully sealed structure, which has the characteristics of high magnetic penetration depth, strong suction, dust prevention, rain resistance, corrosion resistance, etc. It can still operate reliably in extremely harsh environments. The equipment of the walking device can be chosen by the customer themselves.

Note: RCDB-3~RCDB-8 models do not require wave fin heat sinks on the body shell. The RCDB-10 to RCDB-18 models are equipped with wavy fin heat sinks to increase the heat dissipation area.

2. All models in this series are designed with extra strong T1, T2, and T3 products that are higher than the national standard. The rated magnetic field strength at the lifting height is 90mT, 120mT, and 150mT, respectively.
