Suitable for wet separation of magnetic minerals mixed in fine-grained non-magnetic minerals with a particle size of 3-0mm. Especially suitable for iron removal and purification operations in non-metallic minerals such as quartz sand and potassium feldspar. This machine can continuously feed and discharge ore, with high magnetic field strength and gradient, and has high processing capacity.
4、 Principle
The principle is that when the slurry enters the magnetic field zone, strong magnetic minerals are adsorbed on the surface of the cylinder, weak magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are washed away by water flow, and the magnetic minerals adsorbed on the surface of the cylinder are carried out of the magnetic field zone by the rotation of the cylinder and washed into the concentrate tank with washing water to complete the sorting operation.
