1、 Explanation

CLC slot type magnetic filter is suitable for removing iron from slotted liquids and slurries, and is used to remove ferromagnetic impurities in liquids and slurries. It is widely used in industries such as ceramics, power, mining, plastics, chemicals, rubber, pharmaceuticals, food, environmental protection, pigments, dyes, electronics, metallurgy, etc.

This product uses rare earth alloy neodymium iron boron as the magnetic source, with a long service life, no energy consumption, no pollution, simple structure, easy to use, and a fully grid arranged magnetic system, which fully utilizes the strong magnetic area. The multi-layer design and layer by layer filtration make the iron removal more thorough and the effect more significant.

The surface material of the slot type magnetic filter is all made of SUS304 stainless steel, and the specifications and styles can be customized according to customer requirements and on-site conditions.


4、 Principle
A slot type magnetic filter is a magnetic rod made of high-quality seamless stainless steel tubes and high-performance rare earth alloy neodymium iron boron, and manufactured using a special manufacturing method. It is installed in a chute made of high-quality stainless steel to form a magnetic filter. When a liquid or slurry containing iron passes through, it is attracted by a strong magnetic rod, firmly adsorbing the iron containing substance onto the magnetic rod to achieve the purpose of iron removal and ensure the safety of the product.
5、 Remarks

The tank body can be customized according to the customer's on-site requirements. The height of each magnetic rod can be adjusted in a gradient arrangement according to the thickness of the fluid, effectively ensuring that all parts of the slot are covered by the magnetic field. There are two types: open type and sealed type. The diameter and quantity of magnetic rods can be customized according to on-site requirements. The maximum magnetic induction intensity on the surface of the magnetic rod reaches 12000GS
