4、 Principle
A slot type magnetic filter is a magnetic rod made of high-quality seamless stainless steel tubes and high-performance rare earth alloy neodymium iron boron, and manufactured using a special manufacturing method. It is installed in a chute made of high-quality stainless steel to form a magnetic filter. When a liquid or slurry containing iron passes through, it is attracted by a strong magnetic rod, firmly adsorbing the iron containing substance onto the magnetic rod to achieve the purpose of iron removal and ensure the safety of the product.

The tank body can be customized according to the customer's on-site requirements. The height of each magnetic rod can be adjusted in a gradient arrangement according to the thickness of the fluid, effectively ensuring that all parts of the slot are covered by the magnetic field. There are two types: open type and sealed type. The diameter and quantity of magnetic rods can be customized according to on-site requirements.
