1、 Explanation

The CTS wet co current magnetic separator is used in chemical and other industries to separate fine-grained ferromagnetic substances mixed in the solution. As required by the process, magnetic powder added as a coagulation medium should be separated from liquid, and recycled magnetic powder should be reused. Especially suitable for separating liquids with high flow rates, high concentrations, and high magnetic content. This machine can work continuously and fully automatically, with high processing capacity.

The downstream tank structure is mainly designed for separating magnetic substances in liquids that do not allow secondary water addition as an auxiliary medium. The principle is that when the liquid naturally flows into the magnetic field area of the equipment from the inlet at a higher position, the strong magnetic minerals are adsorbed on the surface of the cylinder, and the liquid flows out from the lower outlet in a self flowing state. The magnetic minerals adsorbed on the surface of the cylinder rotate with the cylinder and are carried out of the magnetic field area. They are scraped off by a scraper or the original liquid is flushed into the magnetic material tank to complete the sorting operation.
