1、 Explanation

The RCYB type permanent magnet manual iron remover adopts a composite magnetic system composed of special permanent magnets such as neodymium iron boron with high coercivity and high remanence inside. Suitable for removing iron from non-magnetic materials on belt conveyors, vibrating conveyors, electromagnetic vibrating feeders, and discharge chutes. It can remove 0.1-35kg of ferromagnetic material, and the internal permanent magnet system has a service life of more than 10 years. All technical indicators of this product comply with the JB/T8711-2012 standard. It has the advantages of maintenance free, strong magnetic force, long service life, simple installation, convenient use, and reliable operation.

When the permanent magnet adsorbs a large amount of ferromagnetic material, it can be manually removed with a non-magnetic scraper or gloves, which is suitable for non continuous work and situations with low iron content.

Note: All models in this series are designed with extra strong T1, T2, and T3 products that are higher than the national standard. The rated magnetic field strength at the lifting height is 90mT, 120mT, and 150mT, respectively.
